1. Introduction & Commitment
Utsyra (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a bespoke digital celebration platform by Kryleos, is committed to safeguarding your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect information when you create, visit, or interact with wedding and celebration websites hosted on our platform, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable global data protection principles.
2. Customer-Owned Storage & Google Drive Integration
We believe couples should own 100% of their celebration memories permanently. When couples connect their Google Account in Utsyra Studio:
- Restricted OAuth Scope: We request only the
drive.filescope, granting access solely to files and folders created by Utsyra. We cannot view or access any other files in your Google Drive. - Direct Photo Relays: Raw, full-resolution photos uploaded by wedding guests stream directly into your personal Google Drive folder.
- Zero Unnecessary Retention: Utsyra does not store permanent copies of your full-resolution guest photos on our servers; only temporary, lightweight thumbnails are cached to enable live event moderation and projector slideshows.
3. Information We Collect
Couples & Hosts
Account email, couple/celebrant names, event itineraries, venue addresses, selected aesthetic themes, and payment identifiers for published sites.
Guests & Attendees
RSVP names, attendance status, dietary preferences, celebratory guestbook blessings, and photos uploaded to the couple’s live event gallery.
4. How We Use Information & AI Processing
We process personal data solely to render bespoke celebration websites, facilitate guest RSVP coordination, and power our AI creative studio. When using our Gemini AI creative features:
- Input parameters (names, destination, aesthetic preferences) are synthesized strictly to generate theme layouts and card poetry.
- Your personal celebration data is never used to train public foundation AI models.
5. Data Security & Encryption
We employ strict industry-standard security measures including Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, PostgreSQL database triggers, end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and AES-256 encryption at rest. Optional website password protection gates are available to restrict wedding site visibility strictly to invited guests.
6. Your Rights & Data Erasure
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you retain full rights to access, rectify, or request complete erasure of your personal data, wedding websites, and guest logs. You may permanently delete your website or export your guest RSVP records at any time directly from the Studio dashboard or by contacting our Data Protection Desk.
